Returns and complaints

You can return the products you bought within 14 days of receiving them. Send back the products you want to return in undamaged condition, in their original packaging and with all the free gifts (if you return only part of an order, you may keep the gifts). To arrange a free return, you can use this link: https://szybkiezwroty.pl/pl/go_krafty or send it back on your own to the address below. Please include the return form with your return download.

Once we receive the returned products, we refund your money within 7 business days.

Withdrawal from the contract

If you are a so-called privileged buyer, that is:

A) a consumer

B) a natural person for whom the contract you concluded with us is directly connected with your business activity, but does not have a professional character for you

- as a rule you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting to us a statement of withdrawal from the contract, e.g. by an email sent to: shop@gokrafty.pl or enclosed with the returned parcel.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The fourteen-day period for withdrawing from the contract begins when you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract that covers multiple goods delivered separately, in batches or in parts – from taking possession of the last item, batch or part.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the statement before it expires.

Return the goods to us promptly to the address: ul. Alabastrowa 9, 55-095 Kamień, but no later than within 14 days of the day on which you withdrew from the contract.

We will refund the payments you made promptly, on the terms set out in the store Terms and Conditions, but no later than within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal from the contract.

Complaints

The content below applies to the so-called privileged buyer. If you are not one, please refer to our store Terms and Conditions for detailed information about complaints.

If we perform the contract concluded with you improperly, you have the right to file a complaint – preferably by email to: shop@gokrafty.pl or by post to the address ul. Alabastrowa 9, 55-095 Kamień.

As a rule, we are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of that time.

Under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation you may demand:

a) replacement of the goods

b) repair of the goods.

In certain cases you may also:

a) withdraw from the contract

b) submit a statement requesting a price reduction
