This information has been prepared with regard to the GDPR, that is, the General Data Protection Regulation.

  • transfer of the data to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR).

    • if personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing (Art. 21(2) GDPR).

PUBLISHING OF DATA

We do not disclose your e-mail address to other users – unless you do so yourself.

PROFILING

Within the Store we carry out profiling – in relation to you this will take place if you permit such activities. This profiling consists in automatically assessing which products or services may be of interest to you, using for this purpose information about the content you view. Thanks to this, advertisements of products or services displayed within the online services you use will be more tailored to you and your needs.

The profiling we carry out does not result in decisions producing legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting you.

ANALYTICAL ACTIVITIES

Within the Store's website we carry out analytical activities aimed at increasing its intuitiveness and accessibility – in relation to you this will take place if you permit such activities. As part of the analysis we will take into account the way you move around the Store – that is, for example, how much time you spend on a given subpage, or which places in the Store you click. Thanks to this, during work on the development of the Store we will be able to optimise its layout, appearance and the content placed in it, so as to improve its functionality.

In addition, if you express the wish to receive a newsletter from us, we may carry out an analysis of the effectiveness of the sending we have performed. For example, we may check whether and in what way it influenced activity in our Store. Such activities will help us establish general rules concerning the sending of this type of message in our business - e.g. regarding the optimal sending times or the way of formulating effective content.

When processing your personal data we apply organisational and technical measures compliant with the relevant provisions of law, including the encryption of the connection by means of an SSL/TLS certificate.
